孔祥正,教授,法国国家理学博士,博士生导师,泰山学者特聘教授,省重点学科带头人。1982年1月本科毕业于山东大学化学系,1987年3月于法国国家科研中心获法国国家理学博士学位,1987年4月至1989年3月在澳大利亚悉尼大学理论化学系做博士后。1989年至1997年在山东大学化学院任教,1992年9月晋升教授。1997年10月至2000年10月先后在美国Buffalo州立大学,南Mississippi 大学和加拿大McMaster大学作访问学者,2000年底至2004年2月先后在3M公司北美部和MAPEI公司蒙特里尔的研究发展部从事技术开发工作。2004年至今作为省重点学科学术带头人受聘于济南大学化学化工学院。2010年10月获聘“泰山学者海外特聘教授。”1998年起担任《高分子学报》编委会编委。

主要从事乳液聚合和沉淀聚合的方法和机理研究、功能聚合物材料的尤其是聚合物微球的制备和表征、聚脲多孔材料等相关研究。

科研课题:在研一项国家自然科学基金面上项目(液滴模板辅助下聚合物初级微球一步法原位自组装制备有序胶体组装体),已完成国家自然科学基金面上项目(聚硅氧烷-丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯三元复合乳液的制备,高分子材料昆虫激素包覆体系制备无毒无药灭虫剂),山东省科技攻关计划(甲苯二异氰酸酯蒸馏残渣回收甲苯二胺),山东省自然科学基金重点项目(昆虫激素包覆-全新无农药杀灭虫剂的研究,新型核壳结构水分散性聚合物纳米粉体的制备及其对水泥的改性),山东省“高校学科带头人”基金(高分子材料水分散体系的制备与表征),也有与企业合作项目,科研经费二百余万元。

作为项目负责人,1990年获国家教委留学回国基金和山东大学优秀青年教师基金的资助。1991年承担国家自然科学基金青年基金,1994年承担国家教委优秀年轻教师基金,1997年承担了山东大学跨世纪青年基金。研究课题10次获国家自然科学基金资助,也获得国家留学中心基金、山东省科技发展计划和山东省自然科学基金重点基金等资助。在国内外有关杂志已发表论文150余篇,两次在ACS出版的专著中撰写有关章节,两次被Wiley & Sons 出版社聘为特邀主编,40余次在国内外学术会议作学术报告。1984年获山东省科委科技成果进步二等奖;1992年获山东省教委科技理论成果二等奖;1996年获山东大学科技成果一等奖;1996年获山东省教委科技进步三等奖;2006年获中国石油和化学工业协会科技进步二等奖。1992年获“山东大学优秀青年教师”;1992年获“山东省高校优秀青年教师”;1996年获“山东省优秀知识分子”。多次组织并主持召开国际学术会议(1994年第五届功能高分子和精细化学国际研讨会;1995年亚洲聚合反应和精细高分子研讨会;1995年95全国高分子年会;1996年第六届功能高分子和精细化学国际研讨会和1997年第七届功能高分子和精细化学国际研讨会;2008年第亚洲高分子学术研讨会等)。
